I wont go anywhere else!! Dinple is the only one I trust with my hair. She actually listens and understands what I want. Even when I have no idea. I change colour regularly and every single time it has been a winner with Dinple's recommendations. My hair hasn't been able to grow as long as it has, since I was a teenager and is in fantastic condition. The premises are always clean, the staff professional, respectful and polite! And the chairs at the basin combined with the head massage is top notch! and I love that I can easily book on line.

Where do I even start ! Hands down Rodney Wayne Botany has been AWESOME. Every experience I have had with Nicole, I can say she listens to my needs and delivers above and beyond. She made sure that I have been looked after right from the beginning to end of my appointment. Plus point even the staff is super friendly. Highly highly recommend them for sure. Worth it.

Just had the most amazing experience at this salon! Came here for a colour and cut correction (originally went to a different RW salon first time) they really looked after me, listened to what I wanted, and corrected the colour that was done previously. I went in with yellow hair and a bad cut and came out feeling pampered and happy. I got excatly what I asked for from the two ladies that corrected my hair and will be returning to them from here on. Highly recommend this salon and the staff that work here. Thank you for looking after me.

Worst experience ever. If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. Booked with the owner, so you’d expect the best service and result. You pay a premium to have the owner cut your hair. $125 for a basic cut. A young girl chewing gum cut my hair, with long nails she obviously didn’t want to ruin so was rubbing my hair with palm of her hand. Water was initially ice cold then when I asked her to warm it up a little it went to scalding hot, and when I told her this she said yes the tap plays up. Why just put it on your clients head? After she washed my hair it was still completely dry at the back of my head / neck. I told her this and thankfully the girl washing hair next to us called someone over (called Jess) who did a good job of washing my hair and was polite and friendly.Then I went to the owner for my cut. She was distracted the entire time, yelling out instructions to other staff and watching the security camera screen that was fixed above my head. She then asked a staff member to help her dry my hair off 3 times but she never did, so then the owner started complaining about this staff member to another stylist. This other stylist had originally asked this staff member to go get her coffee from a cafe so the owner also told off this stylist saying I don’t pay her to get your coffee I pay her to work. This was all going on whilst cutting my hair.My hair is dead straight & I asked for a soft round edge to my cut with feathering (cutting up into the ends) with shaping / layering around my face. The owner asked it I wanted it thinned (using thinning scissors) and I said no thank you. She didn’t section my hair and pin some on top of my head and let it down bit by bit as she cut (like every hair cut I had before in my life - im 42yrs old). Instead she let all my hair down and cut straight across. Resulting in a very blunt hard straight line. I said I wanted it feathered so she got thinning scissors and started hacking at the bottom of my hair - this only thins it, it didn’t get rid of the harsh straight finish or give the soft curved shape I asked for. With regards to layering around my face, there was a massive step in it, which she kept saying she didn’t know what I was going on about and instead of it feeling like a conversation it felt like an argument to get her to accept there was an issue and get it fixed.She was rude, aggressive, distracted and completely unprofessional the way she talked to her staff and talked about her staff in front of me whilst cutting my hair. It was Xmas eve and she never once tried to make any small talk with me or engage with me at all. I would never ever go back there which is a shame as I was very happy with the cut I got there prior from a guy (sorry don’t know his name).

Best hairdresser on the planet! I have been going to RW Botany for about 8 years and have had top service every time. Dimple is professional and an outstanding mentor to her team of young stylists. She is sooo hard working, and always concerned about her team, ensuring clients always get 100% top service. I have been to hairdressers all over the world and Dinple gives the best cut hands down. I didn’t get what I asked for even tho I confirmed 3 times with the stylist that I wanted a root smudge a shade darker than my natural colour I never got it. When after my highlight the stylist started drying my hair I asked are we not doing the root smudge they replied no… I was disappointed since I thought that’s what I had been quoted the $400 for. I understood before going to Rodney Wayne that I would be paying more than a regular salon but I also had the expectation that with that price came a higher standard of service, My mistake I suppose. The highlights were nice and the sinks are comfortable just disappointed I didn’t get what I asked for and thought I’d been quoted for.

I am a new customer and very happy with my experience thus far. The hairdresser took her time with me to get it just right. Will be returning for sure.
