These guys were recommended to me. I checked out their website, but had a few questions and when I called Johnathan spent about 10 minutes giving me a mini-tutorial on lighting. I was impressed, and made the drive out the next day to check the shop out and buy what I needed. Really happy - will deal with them again

Phototools were really responsive with the order being processed and delivered within 24hrs! They also agreed to consolidate the freight charges into one charge, and refund the balance which I thought was great customer service. Will definitely trade again without fail.

I've only recently discovered this business through Trademe in the last 6 weeks and already I've made as many purchases with them in that time. They have a fantastic selection of products to select from and hands down the best service I've come across on Trademe (and I've been a member since 2003 and have seen the best of the best). The team make the process of buying simple, friendly, fast & efficient....and that's what I look for if I'm going to be handing over my money - Great job team, keep it up

Great customer service. I had the rare experience of purchasing a product with a fault straight out of the box. Photo tools replaced the product straight away on the overnight courier, and even included a prepayed return courier bag for the faulty product. Fantastic. I’ll be back.
