Wanted my ute repaired/repainted they said a couple of weeks but my truck sat outside there workshop for over to months. Owner asked me to meet him at his workshop to talk about job and when I got there ( I live hour half away) he had taken the day off. Catch up with him the following week and he tells me he would like me to put motor back in to paint exterior. When I get home I look over job and find the wrong model part have been fitted even the doors were different from each other and very noticeable.To top it off he would not stop ringing me and demanding payment adding his wife need money. We ended up agreeing that he would replace parts with correct ones but have never heard from him since. Took truck to another panel beater and it was finished correctly in under a fortnight, looks amazing and cost me half what imperial charged.

Never use Imperial panel beaters, I should give them zero. When Warren fixed a minor issue for me on the bumper end plastic(very small piece), he created new MUCH BIGGER damage to my car, resulting big gap between taillight and bumper, very noticeable, but he denied this saying it was original. I am sure it was NOT original and I have photos as proof. I seldom gave bad reviews, but he and Lesley were really dishonest, I was not asking them to pay for this new damage, just asking him to restore to the status when I drove in.when I talked to him on this issue, another guy jumped on me,throwing out a big piece old bumper just before me, yelling so what!" My worst experience with any panelbeaters or repair shop so far. Unlike other panelbeaters they outsource the painting work which make their price unreasonably HIGH. NEVER USE IMPERIAL PANELBEATERS."
