Every time I go to the Napier store the service gets worse. I waited in line to place my order for 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. The others behind me left. I went in for a salad today but they are now off the menu. Gutted as I am a huge fan of Tank.

They had 2 new staff working today and really needed a 3rd to serve the customers. One lady walked out because the 2 staff were busying themselves instead of taking her order or even talking to her. Customer service is more important than cleaning and setting up the salad bar

The ladies of Tank Napier take good care of me. Helping me decide each days joys. Sharing stories and advice, keeping me happy and healthy. The salads are excellent too. Smoothies for dessert make for a great night. I love going to their place. I always come out happy.

If your hours online and sign on door say close at 5pm then make sure that’s the hours you operate. 4.30pm on a Saturday and you’re closed. Useless
