Hey there,I am not the one to complain about customer service but when I feel like myself and mine are being culturally profiled I will take it to offence. Today and like many other days we come in and buy what we need and use Afterpay to pay tell me why the fair lady who serves us always askes “ how will yous pay today “ Afterpay? Infront of all customers but yet when other customers come and pay they are not question on how they will be paying and not only that we were looked at the whole time while shopping like we were gonna steal? Is it because of our skin or the way we look? She made us feel like we were being targeted

Friendly staff verry helpfull .The premices is well accesable for some one with a disability to be able to move freely and do shopping . They even have afterpay available . Clean and tidy and meat is always of good quality. They have everything in one place from meat milk potatoes ,onions Kumara ,pumpkin to make a beautiful meal value for money $ . Great service would recommend to all A+++

The service here is always great. Staff are so friendly. ALWAYS! The 5dollar packs are so handy for couples. Don't often shop elsewhere.

Made an online order from this store and have not received it. The Manager Sam Morton is adamant that my order was delivered to my address, but I was at home during the expected delivery time and had no delivery come through. I've been told that they can't do much about it because it's been delivered to my address. I complained to head office and nothing is being done about it. Sam Morton told me that the delivery driver (his mother) took the order to my front door!?, first he said the delivery driver was a male then when my order was lost all of a sudden the driver was his Mother?!. Not good, no thorough investigation done. I have now filed a complaint with the disputes tribunal so that I can get to the bottom of this!!. Never ordering from this place again!.

I came in last week, shop was clean, good variety of meat and other grocery items. I was greeted with a Kia ora by a polite young man. Overall good experience so 5 stars.

Accepts afterpay but expensive $25 for a tray of 20 eggs expensive.
