Elegance Manicure & Pedicure

Very very bad. Do not buy a voucher here! My mother brought a voucher here for my daughter, since then they will not let her make a appt when I say she has a voucher, they say they don't do 12yr olds. Won't refund the voucher. And then they said they have to charge extra because she is using a voucher. I rang multiple times trying a different angle and everytime they did not want a bar of it.Don't use them. Plenty of other people to do your nails that are nice people.

Went in with my mother the male was very rude while he was doing my nails saying things that should never be said to a paying customer such as do you control me or do I control you. we also had requested nail art on our nails from the beginning once we were close to finished he turned around since more customers come in and said no I don’t have time to do it and brushed us off we had pointed out imperfections and differences on the nails which only made him angrier we will never returned and will take our business elsewhere as we did not deserve to be treated this way

DO NOT RECOMMEND. WON'T BE GOING BACK HERE. OWNER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Not worth $75. Nail broke and rudely charged $10. Won't be going back and won't be recommending to anyone either. Money hungry.

Unprofessional. Not worth the money. They will not listen to you and will leave you disappointed with the end result.The way they deal with customers is appalling. Customer service needs reviewing along with their skills. Never going back.

Booked for a manicure and a pedicure. Had a confirmation message with both treatments booked in. When I arrived I was asked to put on a mask, I explained to the gentlemen that I had a mask exemption and showed him my exemption pass. The gentlemen very rudely told me that I had to wear a mask or no service. I said I would wear a mask and then he said could I pay now, I have never known a nail salon to charge before service. It’s disgraceful. The gentlemen who did my manicure was very rude, barely spoke and impatiently asked the few questions that he had to ask. After my treatment the gentlemen said I could go, I explained to him that I had also booked a pedicure. He told me was fully booked and no time. Showed him messages of the booking and he continued to say no time for pedicure.After returning home I noticed my nails are only half painted with pieces missing, the edges are already starting to lift. Definitely not worth the money.

After paying $70 for an acrylic set to be done for my birthday ( most expensive in town by the way) I had to return two days later because the polish itself had started chipping. Not even a week later most of my nails are now lifting, chipped and crooked. I have had nails for years and I take very good care of them. And after the dissatisfaction of the nail tech when I said I didn’t want long nails should have been hint enough to get up and walk away, but felt as I had to stay as they make you pay before your service.

First time visiting and found the staff to be warm and welcoming. Nothing felt rushed like in other salons. My nails look fantastic and care was taken to explain the aftercare. Will most definitely be back.

Here out of town and had a sns nails done.. happy with the experience and my nails and recomend
