Fantastic service on short notice. Cassandra did a wonderful job on my MANKY flat. It hasn't been that clean in 15 years. I am extremely happy with the outcome.

The ladies were friendly and professional. The clean was ok- the rubber seal of the oven came loose and unstuck following the clean so I’ll need to replace. The shower still has some grime along the bottom and side of vanity wasn’t cleaned along with the bath- it was wiped but still had grime. Overall an average clean for the cost.

We work with Total Clean as Sub- Contractor and love working with them. What we most like about working with Total Clean is the transparent communication between clients and sub-contractors . Company gives us the job and then we listen and respond to client's requirements and special notes. We work independently but feel valued and supported by Company. We are specialized in regular, on off clean, and commercial clean. As sub-contractors we get chance to attend online workshops/ webinars through Company which help us to grow our skills time to time. Half pie job, did not even smell clean. Had to get them back to do skirting boards and overall outcome disappointing and a complete rip off! Had to clean it again. 9 hours they said it would take, but then got 3 staff members and apparently cleaned the 260sqm house in 2 hours....ummmm, that includes walls, ceilings and inside windows as extra!

Total Clean Wellington did a fantastic job of cleaning my apartment. Liaising with them was easy. They were responsive and thoroughly professional. As well as the customer service manager, the service person assigned to the job, Varinder, communicated with me clearly, was prompt, pleasant, and did an excellent and thorough job. This was the first time I have not had to clean the apartment myself again after contracted cleaners. When he had finished, he sent me photos. I recommend them highly and would definitely use this company again.

I pained over using a cleaning service, but after some emails and assurance I went ahead and booked. The owner was quick to respond, and very reassuring around my concerns.Cassandra and Tee arrived on time, were professional, communicative, diligent, and put a lot of effort into attention to detail. They regular checked in with each other to ensure nothing was missed, and were fantastic to deal with, and friendly. Based in their clean I proceeded with a more regular clean, and look forward to them keeping my house smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend them.Thankyou
