Winston and his team were amazing. They run a tight but efficient schedule and are always happy to talk if needed. I am 2 months post op and very happy with the outcome of my surgery. It was a hard decision to commit to this procedure but after a friend had hers done she persuaded me that I shouldn't hesitate, and I have absolutely no regrets, plus they are very reasonably priced compared to what you pay elsewhere. I can not recommend highly enough.

The receptionist Anna was rude, unprofessional & and bellowing down the phone at 8:30am telling me to 'look elsewhere' because the clinic could not accomodate my appointment dates which required advanced planning. She made a point of also telling me that the clinic was 'very busy & booked out months in advance' despite me waiting months for an appointment too. As a patient, what I require is a calm, polite & professional team who I can trust & be made to feel at ease because surgery is" a 'big decison' and one that comes with 'risks'. The clinic sounded overworked & over stretched with appointments which made me extremely cautious so I have booked elsewhere."

I highly recommend Winston and his professional team. I waited 6 months to get an appointment but it was worth the wait and the care and support from the team here is nothing short of 5 stars.It's very clear that Winston has great values and takes the time to listen every time leaving no room for doubt. The facility is well organised and with well run systems means which mean that they can offer the most reasonable cost in the market without the sacrifice of quality.

Was booked out so took 4 months to get to my appointment date, but once it happened a few days ago the team were courteous, professional, and answered all questions I had. They calmed any fears I had and we sorted a plan and have set a date for my surgery, which I am very excited about! While I was anxious about it initially, I now know I can trust this team and an no longer scared about my upcoming reduction.
