Total electrix replaced a kitchen extractor unit at our home - very quick response and turn up, there was a small question I had about the job which they very promptly dealt with and sorted at no cost. Very happy with responsiveness and the job, would use again.

Got hold of them in Mid December regards to heat pump and installation, they said they won't be able to install to after Christmas. Got hold of them again in January said should be able to put in heat pump end of January. Come February still nothing. Absolutely hopeless will go somewhere else. Not impressed at all.
