Wow these guys are amazing, I bought a remote but couldn't code it so they came to my house that night and did it for me, I have never had customer service at that level and no charge. AMAZING THANK YOU

Wouldn't recommend this place. I got new batteries for four of my watches paying $20+ per watch and three of them stopped working in less than 6 months. It's smart how they offer only 6 months guarantee, now I need to pay again to replace the batteries.

If I could put zero I would this is definitely not the first time we’ve had an issue with this store cutting our keys wrong, now giving us a key that doesn’t even function the way it’s supposed to with unclear instructions. (Told me to scratch out the picture wow)Trainee made a mistake and apparently its the customer that should cop the cost.Pulled the cap off because the key they gave me with all the functions unable to work is all mine to bare.Very appalling customer service.

One of the worst service I got it if I had any option to do zero I’ll give it to them. Got my last gift from my dad before he passed away my bad luck came to this place to get the new battery but instead that they broke the hand and then they told me that they can’t fix it they have sent it to there 3rd party ( in Whakatāne) to get it fixed within 2 weeks and they have given me the receipt and told me that I won’t be getting charged. The company will pay the charges because it was one of there guys to who opened the watch and now the manager telling me to pay and even if we pay she’s not sure that it will work or not and doing racial profiling and threatening us not to ask her any more questions or else she will call the security. my watch was in working condition it use to stop sometime due to battery but now it won’t be working anymore or have to get it fix somewhere else. Tried calling 0800 number but no response from there aswell. For me now ganna to small claims court to get justice.

I went to get a duplicate key for my Aqua 2013 car. Took NZ$159. Done within few minutes. Highly recommending service. They give 1year warrenty for the key as well.

Will never use again for a watch repair. Had my watch repaired twice by them (loose hour marker)- both times within weeks it had broken again. When I asked for a refund, I was told a) the deposit was not refundable as it covered freight" to Taranaki for the repairs to be done (no wonder it took so long!)

Not that happy that my new shoes got scuffed up in the process of getting anti-slip soles put on. The finish is not great either as in the soles are not flushed in places. I've never actually had this happen to me before. Most cobblers are usually very particular with their trade. Sorry, I wish I could have given a better review.

I cannot say enough about how good my service was with them. They cloned a chip from one Subaru car key to a non functioning key and then walked with me to the car and reset the remote unlocks on both keys!!! Not easy stuff. Alvin was fabulous!!

Excellent service...only purchased one key to be cut and this was done politely and professionally plus the key fitted my lick perfectly..thank you.
