Amadeu is an amazing Pilates teacher. He is expertly trained in the authentic Pilates method (exercises and equipment) that was directly passed down from Joseph Pilates. His lovely light filled studio contains all the traditional Pilates apparatus necessary for a great workout. His style is relaxed and he is a very intuitive teacher - what I love is that he has the necessary skills and training to modify a workout depending on how I am feeling - so even if I have an injury, I can still do a class and feel like I’ve had an awesome workout. I am stronger, more flexible and fitter thanks to Amadeu and I love my weekly workouts.

After a motorcycle accident resulting in damaged hips I was told by my specialist to do Pilates... best thing ever!!! My body let's me know if I miss a week. Amadeu makes sure I do each exercise correctly so I don't hurt myself and so I get the most benefit from them. He's also got a great personality!
