I met with Sara 10 days ago and immediately felt comfortable with the relaxed atmosphere. We had a collaborative discussion about what I wanted from my consultation and how Sara could assist me with the symptoms I had explained to her. Together we came up with a plan which wasn't too extreme for my lifestyle, but one which she believed would start me on a journey of 'amended' nutrition and hopefully better health. She wasn't wrong as I started seeing changes within 48 - 72hrs and I'm looking forward to a healthier future without major changes.

Really enjoyed my consult with Kristal! She takes a holistic approach to wellness and shared great psycho-education about the effects of sleep and stress as well as nutrition. During the appointment she gave me ideas that I could immediately implement and was efficient to send through the follow up notes after the appointment. Kristal was calm, gentle, non-judgmental and easy to build rapport. Thank you very much for a lovely experience
