Highly recommend Vogel Motors over any other mechanic in the region.Steve and his staff are incredibly professional and always do a fantastic job. Started using them ~5 years ago and have never looked back. Really appreciate the fantastic customer service and quick turnaround times. These guys really go above and beyond expectation.

Amazing customer service. WOF at VTNZ a few months ago was advised the brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced soon. Finally got round to booking in and chose Vogel motors as they had competitive rates and good reviews.Got a call in the afternoon asking why I wanted the brakes replied as they were actually fine, approximately 50% worn with plenty more life in them. Not only did they save me wasting ~$600 (which they could have easily just done and charged me anyway, they also did not charge me anything for their time inspecting! Soo impressed with everything bout this business they are now my families mechanic permantly.

I broke down in Wellington and being from Auckland had no idea where to go or what to do to find help with getting my BT50 going again.Tow truck driver called Vogel Motors and they pretty much said yup bring it down now and we can analyse the issue. Lent me a loan car and within an hour or two I knew what the issue was and had a strategy that would get me out of a tight spot.Totally honest and fair and a pleasure to deal with I was left with a good taste in my mouth over the whole experience Thank you AAAAA+++++

Minor maintenance needed on my car which was completed promptly and at no charge to me despite it not being 'their problem' . I'm extremely impressed at the goodwill.
