Can HIGHLY recommend this is the place to go. I shopped around based on price from the Bay of Islands to Whangarei ( I even called other places numerous times across the span of a week and got no answer). Forget the rest. This is the one. I called ahead and they had what I needed in stock (Replacement Screen for an IPhone) friendly, informative, gave clear expectations of a reasonable turn around time. When I arrived they we’re very busy (rightfully so!) but handled the busyness with ease and was efficient in turn around time. Got everything fixed at a very good price - was quoted well above double at other places! They also have phone protecter screens at a fair price and cases too! Will be recommending!

Can't recommend. I got my s20fe screen fixed here not long ago and immediately on pick up when I tested the phone I told the guy it's glitching and not working properly (inside the store). He insisted it is fine and that the issues were due to lack of battery lol.It's never stopped glitching since I picked it up, scrolling doesn't work properly, it exits apps, touch screen doesn't work properly.He didn't even attach the back properly.. the entire back of the phone is peeling off exposing the battery etc inside.Save yourself money and time and go elsewhere.

Excellent and knowledgeable service delivered swiftly. I took my iPad in at 12.30 and it was ready to be picked up at 2pm. Brilliant!!

My grandson’s iPhone battery needed replacing and now he says it is working with much better battery life. He’s pleased too as he says no scratches or marks. All done while I had a coffee and read the paper! Many thanks.

Will not be back! First time,i rang up and got a quote over the phone,i agreed, i came in to get my phone screen replaced i was told i will break the back of the phone getting the screen off

I initially struggled to replace the screen on my old phone, so went to Kiwi Tech for help. The connectors were cleaned, the phone's BIOS was flashed, and the new screen was calibrated and reassembled with great professionalism. I was pleased with the affordable price and thrilled to once again access all my old photos. Highly recommended and they will be my first call for any further tech problems! A+++++
