Rosanne delivers a thorough work-out that I just love.You can tailor everything to your own level and go at your own pace. She's experienced and energetic, which helps when its the end of the day!The exercises change constantly and we never do the same programme twice.

Roseanne’s Pilates classes are amazing! Since having babies I really struggled to find my thing and stick with it - since my first class I have been hooked. The music is awesome and the classes are always different and fast paced. You can feel the results quickly and for the first time ever I’m doing full press ups. Roseanne is fabulous - so experienced, authentic and supportive. Highly recommend!
