Asked sales staff about online prices and instore prices and sales lady automatically lost interest because I was asking why online was cheaper then instore. Poor customer service...wasn't helpful at all. Lost my business...ill never return again.

Nice shop but Asian lady owner is just so into your face makesit very uncomfortable to shop, she doesn't speak English if you ask anything, just standing next to you all the time looking what you doing very uncomfortable

Bought a pair of Converse shoes, they were faulty. Went to exchange but manager said i had to wait while she contacts converse and wait for a few days. I don't think this is acknowledging consumer rights as i didn't purchase them from Converse, i bought them from this store?

Amazing service from the team as always.You lot placing bad reviews need to educate yourself on the difference between a franchise and business lol. Stirling sports is a personally owned business. You can't return something from a different Stirling Sports OWNED by another person. Might as well purchase something from The Warehouse and return it to Kmart.

By far the worst customer service by a lady who prides herself as a manager. They’re ok exchanging items but when it comes to a refund they stall and are less than helpful and didn’t bother listening nor assisting with alternatives. I’d appreciate if the owner of the Henderson branch contacts me directly.
