Worst experience ever they charged me 40$ to fix my back & with in 2 days it was broken again ..highly disappointed

Just a Rip Off.....completely overcharged for a coin battery. Charged $14.99 same item $4.99 at Chemist Warehouse. Do not purchase any accessories you can source anywhere else cheaper.

Terrible experience. Came in on Saturday 28 May to get my keyfob battery replaced; Aslen upsold me a copy of the keyfob for $320 (which sounded good as I had only 1, and Nissan charges upwards of $500). He makes the copy directly off the key, it doesn't work, so the next day I come back to Botany first thing in the morning so he can make the copy off of the car.He's taking forever, asks me if I can mind the shop since he's out front with my car. Now it's afternoon, I see him trying to jump-start my car with a battery pack. The key couldn't be copied and now the original doesn't work. He tells me to wait longer for his friend to come with another battery pack to try and jump it. No luck. It's approaching the end of Sunday now and I've spent my entire Sunday at Botany, now not having a working car anymore.I take Monday off work, to come in first thing in the morning again and get AA to tow the car to Nissan Armstrong (as per Aslen's recommendation). Waiting around for the towie costs me another almost full day. Nissan Armstrong takes a month, they cannot fix the key, have to wait for a specialist from Nissan to come in and look, and in the end have to order a new immobilizer to be put in. When I keep Aslen informed on the progress as I intend to recover the repair expenses, he suggests he knows someone with a workshop" who can do it for cheap. I say hell no

Will never go back there again!!!! they gave a quote an when returning to pay the price has doubled, the manager is so rude an would not ring his employee to check the quoted price. They should change there name to Mister Rip Off. Definitely do not deserve a business in botany

Worst experience I have ever had.I went there and have my watch battery replaced on 15/1/22. I noticed my watch wasn't working few days ago hence I brought back to get it checked.The staff who checked the watch saying that I was lying because the watch was an automatic watch and no battery has been replaced.I told him that was the only watch I have and even showed him the warranty card the previous guy gave it to me.Obviously the guy that checked my watch before was being dishonest and told me my watch needed a battery replacement but instead it was none.This guy that I met at the store this time round was so rude and shouting at me saying I has brought the wrong watch and doesn't even want to do something to rectify the issue. He even blamed the machine in the shop for his raised tone!What a cheap as shop and would never visit them again!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had key cut and when I went home to try the key. The key got stuck in door because of bad cut. Because it's master door I had to call a locksmith not a shoe repair cant do the basic job. Never recommend at all.

Awful shop, poor workmanship, rude junior staff, and scant regard for New Zealand's consumer laws. The Aus Head office asked for details of this case...I sent them through... nothing, even several months later, nothing!! The key they cut for me 4 months ago broke, they said I had tampered with it- false. The day after I had it ' fixed ' by them it broke again... see videos. Now I have to travel from West Auckland to Botany a third time to get it fixed. PS the franchisor, Chris, is pretty useless too. Both New Lynn Mr Minit and I tried contacting him to resolve the issue, no response. PPS do not use Botany or New Lynn Mr Mimit stores, the former is pretty useless too; also rude, and with no regard for the consumer protection act

The most worst experience I ever had.I just got back home from the botany store. They charged me $100 for 2 keys and It doesn't work. Later then the guy who copied the keys was tried to make it work then made even my original key went wrong. My car started to malfunction. So he called his mechanic to fix the problem. They still charged me and even with un-trained eye keys are not matching.Never recommended at all.

I had an emergency situation and the staff were amazing. I am beyond grateful. Excellent

I got scammed. The staff will try to milk it as much as they can to make money out of you. They won't give you any disclaimers. First, he told me the material would cost 69$, but it won't fit my new key fob. So my call was to go with what i got. I asked him how much it would cost, now that I'm providing the material, he told me it would be the same price. I accepted since i he said it will be laser cut. It was obvious that the pricing was unfair cause he looked nervous when I called him out when I inquired to another key cut shop.To summise, Guy said he would laser copy the key but didn't. He said he did it by hand. So the key didn't fit. Got charged 69$ (even though I got the material) for something that doesn't fit. No attempt to make it work (again to milk money out of you). I did not engage with this kind of unprofessional matter cause I can't understand him as he is on about a different matter, to confuse the customer. I guess this is how the shops operate (collusion).
