Had my car towed (totally my fault) and said Ill be there in an hour. So walked there from Cuba st. Just to find out they don’t have Eftpos and was a person down (Not my fault). Had an awfully rude lady greet me and we said we can do a bank transfer instead of walking another 20 mins there and 20 back to pay in cash. She said she already suggested that but we listened to the whole phone call and just said “I’ll see what I can do for her.” Wouldn’t let me bank transfer as she thought I’d cancel it once I leave the yard. (I don’t know how to do that). Felt discriminated and judged as if I could not possibly be able to pay the towing fee.

They towed my car - this was fair enough as I had parked where i wasn’t meant to - but i called to ask to have it dropped back and they tried to dissuade me by saying it will cost 85$. I have a sick child and this was worth it for me. They then flipped and told me they couldn’t bring it back.I then ubered down there, with no car seat as it’s in the car, and paid via internet banking.They, after id paid, told me i had to wait for payment to clear and sent me outside to wait for it to clear. I have a child with croup and one i am late to pick up from school. i’ve offered numerous exchanges for the car, just to pick my child up from school, including leaving my licence and phone behind. They will not let me have my car. They have a pregnant woman and a sick child locked outside - not even allowed to wait in the car - sitting on the concrete.Absolutely terrible service with a total disregard to humanity.

No issues here. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. I was able to get our vehicle from them after hours with no additional costs. I wouldn't recommend parking in a private carpark that isn't assigned to you unless you want to go and see these guys.

These guys helped me out when I was in a pickle. Showed up on time, good price and would definitely use again!

Car was stuck on a raised kerb, balanced in the front axle. Our guy freed it with no fuss or drama. Also noticed that the tyre had lost some air and pumped it up.
