Today I was waiting outside Goldsbury Optometrist wanganui for taxi for 2 hours picking Me up from I rung up at 11:40 to 1:30 pm I am not happy thank you

Tryed to get a taxi . But at no time during the booking process were we able to select a van as we had seven people. So we had to use two taxis which cost twice as much. Upon speaking to the driver we lernt all calls are handled from palmaston north. Very sub standard service. Where is the local person answering the phone. Alot of improvement needed. Won't use again. We also waited over an hour and a half for a taxi to turn up at all.

Pre booked for pick up three times with this company, first time never showed leaving me stranded at the airport. Second time 45 mins late so missed a specialist appointment and third time we cancelled due to being late for pre booked pick up. Being unreliable and couldn’t risk missing a flight. Unfortunately the only taxi service in Whanganui. If a taxi is pre booked for priority they should always arrive on time. Not good enough.
