A salesperson helped me fix the necklace that I bought from there and I’m happy I can wear it again. However, I don’t like her passive aggressive attitude towards me. I waited to be assisted by another salesperson because I have a negative vibe from her but that other salesperson was busy. I was left with a rude salesperson and regretted not following my intuition. The rude salesperson needs to seriously fix her attitude. Maybe she thinks I’m young, broke and is just browsing. I don’t know but overall, it’s just annoying to be judged.

So disgusted and angry at the customer service at the Sylvia Park Store. I bought my girlfriend a surprise $1400 diamond ring in white gold which I gave to her on Saturday night over the weekend. As it was too big she wanted to change it for something that fits and upon asking was told it had already been exchanged and that it had scratches on it. The staff member made her feel like she was doing something wrong and being dishonest. After a waste of 45mins she had to leave with the same ring. It clearly states on return policy that if it's under 14 days then they can exchange it. The shop assistant named JULIE basically blamed my girlfriend of being dishonest. Because of this mistreatment I am demanding a full refund and I will never shop at any pascoes stores again and will tell people of our experience dealing with them. Totally unacceptable.

We have been served by Chris, such a cheerful and bubbly soul, explained us with patience on all the questions we asked and gave us nice suggestions and he is a great salesman too. We came to buy 2 watches end up buying 5 though.. Thanks Chris

Service is terrible, none of the staff have any idea what they're doing or what kind of stock they have on hand. I also tried to bring a bracelet back in to take a link off and they said they weren't able to do it even though a week ago they said they could. You're lucky if the staff even say a word to you unprompted, I won't be back and I suggest you do the same.

I’m happy when the staff told me of giving me 15% discount, that’s why i bought a necklace with pendant, but when i go to the counter to pay for it. The staff told me that she can only give me 10% discount because her manager is around. I am a quiet person so i didn’t insist the discount she promise me. Don’t give a customer hope, so disappointing.

Honestly always feel so welcomed into pascoes this one lovely lady who’s always willing to help just makes my day !! LOVE your guys staff will always be my number 1 jewellery shop

Every time I walk into the Glenfield branch I get assaulted by super aggressive salespeople. Give us a chance to at leat walk in the door. I wanted to buy a watch but I guess I will go elsewhere.

For ages I had been looking at a way to extend my charm bracelet, which holds many memories, I called into Pascoes Glenfield where I was looked after by Chris. After explaining to him about the problems I had had, he made a suggestion that I add it to a necklace. What a brilliant idea! Tried different lengths of chains to get the right one. So happy with the result,Chris also cleaned and added a charm I'd bought years ago, I bought a horseshoe charm hoping it bring me more luck after meeting Chris. Thank you Chris, you're an asset to the company
