Very disappointing with the communication.-13/04 confirmed to the admin 21/04/2023 forcesspits installation. 13/04 got acknowledge email from admin, has been scheduled on 21/04/2023.- 19/04 emailed the site prep photos , 48 hours before the installation day, request feedback whether the site prep meet the requirement. NO REPLY!!!- 20/04 morning followed up by called mobile number, sent email to two different operation persons, text message, called 0800 number, left a voice message. NO REPLY!!!-21/04 sent a text message on 8:27AM and an email on 8:28AM, then realised the office open @9AM. Waited until 11:04AM called mobile number, a lady picked up and told will get other team member to call back ASAP. but NO REPLY!!!I just would like to know what we shall do?Looked back to the google reviews with 5 starts, they ordered the large amounts of Aquocomb products, i.e 100s. Compare here, I only order two Aquocomb products. Maybe that is the reason, I got no attentions.

We used underslab Aquacombs for the entire development of 45 houses in South Auckland.Construction programme was very tight when we laid the first few blocks with tanks before Christmas 2020. Roger and Chris have been absolutely wonderful to deal with, they were well involved in the project from pre-construction stage and worked very closely with the site team to pull it off within time every time before our inspections and concrete pours.The Stormwater Systems team is very proactive in all aspects, their efficient communications and solution-driven attitude are two key contributors to the successful delivery of these 45 affordable homes in Auckland.We are in the process of planning for another 100+ builds with Stormwater Systems and we consider the company as a trusted and reliable building partner.

Disappointed with their poor customer service, I was trying to make an appointment with one of the team member ( because one of my clients have a ongoing construction project in Buckland Beach, it requires a water tank from them) then I started contacting them , during the past 4 weeks more than 6 times I called and they said ok please email us then someone will follow up, of course email has been sent out every time after calls, but there is no single reply till now . and no reply on phone txt also. My client’s project got delayed because we have no idea what to do. Is that so hard to txt or email back guys ? Or any reason for that ?Again I emailed on 17th Jan , NO REPLY ! Then I called call center on 18th @1.10pm a guy send me a txt says I can’t talk right now will get back to you , same thing happened
