Was told after I paid my 1st month rent that gates are locked at 7pm . when I asked to cancel the contract, as I needed to have access to my unit after 7pm (it was daylight savings ) and was refused. Staff are very rude here if you need something outside of office hours

Extremely rude! Wouldn't let us park outside their facility in the e m p t y parking lot to wait for customer to hand over item. No explanation, other than this is private"."

Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended. Ezystor worked out the most cost effective for us compared to the nearby competition. First month is 1/2 price at the moment (Jan2020)

Very secure. Friendly staff.. only reason why not 5 stars is it's not 24 hour access. Otherwise great!
