Cool stuff, helpful staff

Had such an amazing experience in the Hastings store.The staff were so helpful. The Māori women that assisted was so polite and her product knowledge helped us to decide what we wanted to order.❤️❤️❤️w

This shop is always lovely and clean . New stock pops up all the time and there's often good bargains to be found amongst the old stock . The place always smells Devine too .

Lovely shop...good place to go when there are sales but otherwise very pricey

The Ladies in BBB in Hastings are great. The service I received today was so good. I was wanting to change some sheets I had bought by mistake. Thank you all for your time and efforts to resolve this issue.

Purchased tea towels that were labelled 100%cotton. They were actually an acrylic cotton composition. When i used it, It blackened and melted into a hard crust upon taking a pan out of the oven. Smelled like melting plastic .I contacted bb&b customer service online and sent a photo . they did not respond well, told me they couldnt see the problem in the photo well, and then told me to wash them on a different setting to get a better result! Absolutely ludicrous.Do not buy.PLEASE NOTE. THE MANAGER AT BB&B in hastings responded immediately to this review and rectified my situation with a refund, where online customer service denied it. Shenwas apologetic and incredibly sorry about the treatment i received.

Really helpful & knowledgeable staff.Loving the machine washable electric throws - RRP $149 reduced down to $74.50.

Visited this shop close to closing time. Knew what I wanted just didn't know where to find it. Was completely ignored by the two staff members who were there. Didn't get a friendly reply when I asked where the item I needed was and was told where to find it rather than taken to it. The service didn't get any better at the counter either. Is it so hard to greet customers with a friendly hello? These two people shouldn't be working in customer service. I won't be going back

I went there to buy a small cupboard. I was blown away by the excellent service received from Francesca. She is such a sweetheart and your branch is blessed to have her.
