The fixing staff was really rude even I was asking a questions he was shout at me at all the time and also both office staff and fixing staff are not good at answering phone. They need more customer service as friendly and nice. Need to be more trained for customer service.

Have used S & J Appliances a couple of times and have always found their repair staff to be competent, punctual and friendly. The only reason I haven’t awarded five stars is because their office staff can be difficult to contact and apparently do not return calls. If you can be patient enough get hold of them, you’ll get great service.
