I’ve only been coming to F45 for about a month now but I seriously cannot stay away!!! It’s my favourite place to be every morning and I raaaave about it to everyone. 10/10 coaches, atmosphere and training buds! Love love love this place!!!!!!

Love going to F45 straight after work! Has a great system that gives you the motivation. Great place to meet new people and trainers are fabulous helping you with getting the right technique!

F45 has quickly become the best part of my day! I was so nervous when I first started but the coaches make you feel so welcome. There are lots of variations for all exercise levels and the coaches really take the time to make sure you're doing it right. I would recommend to anyone looking to try something new!

The team were so welcoming and fun. Such a good vibe. The studio is huge and the workouts are well structured for maximum benefit in 45 minutes. Highly recommend for any age and any ability.

F45 Masterton is more than a gym, it's family. The trainers, the members, the workouts - you can't beat it.Like many, I did a one week trial to see what all the hype was about and over 2 years later I'm still here training 4-6 times a week.They truly care about you and your fitness journey no matter what it looks like. All ages, shapes and sizes are made to feel welcome. It's a whole vibe!!!

As a Traveller it’s great to be able to visit other studios and keep up with your fitness. Thank you for an amazing class. Charlie and Charlotte are awesome. Really supportive throughout the session and lots of great energy. Will definitely make sure to come back next time I’m in Masterton.
