Dedicated and highly experienced instructor. Catering for all levels of ability. Extremely high level of instruction and a very patient and capable instructor, awesome level of knowledge on this tradition art. Can’t recommend highly enough so go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Praying Mantis Kung Fu
Finally found this gem in New Zealand. It’s a boutique club focused on authenticity of training and practice. The instructor’s amazing knowledge and skills in the praying mantis style of Kung Fu is second to none.This is the club the helps one to learn more than just physical techniques, and integrate the philosophy into everyday life.Fortunate to have this quality training at our door step. Highly recommended.

After training Chow Gar Praying Mantis in Australia, I searched for a long time to find an instructor who knows this style of Kung Fu in Auckland. The gym is very welcoming and open about helping people improve their martial arts training. There are many years of experience here to teach new and experienced students.
