Victoria and Francis were able to quickly review my windscreen and advise on the best course of action, booked me in very quickly with minimal waiting time. We got a stone chip in our Mazda windscreen that spread and rendered the screen useless. Went to see Francis and Victoria at Nelson Autoglass Specialists. They told me what to do and how to claim on my insurance. Which was super easy. Got a call a few days later inviting us to return for the replacement to be fitted. They expertly replaced the screen and set up the auto wipers and headlights. Excellent service . Thoroughly recommend.

Very helpful and lovely people. My window was smashed because somebody broke into my car and stole all my stuff. I was a big emotional mess when I came in. not only did they fix my window (for a very good price), but they also put again a big smile on my face by being supportive, helpful and very trustworthy.
