I am very used to all the warm hospitality provided by every member of Hospice lake and felt polar difference today at this particular spot. I will never return again. I can not understand why clothes can not be tried on. The price point at this branch is higher than the hospitality and assistance all these volunteers provide. No greetings, no smile. Simply I will stick with Hospice Lake or even K mart or The warehouse provide a friendly but not condescending steer. I simply stepped into the place ask for insult and discrimination from the snobby workers/volunteers who gave me the stare. Not worth your donation and time spent in the name of doing great for hospice by destroying my own confidence and basic human right. Shame on myself to not realizing this after multiple visits and only had such an disappointing experiences. Donate somewhere else.

A clean and tidy second hand store with room to move around, good quality items, and we did grab 3 bargains today. Finding a park can be a challenge at busy times.

On the last occasion that I visited this shop, myself and my aunty were racially profiled. We were looked at like we were thieves then I was asked if my partner had a job, furthermore I spent $77 in what was once my favourite shop, this is no longer the case. The plot gets thicker though, I also find out that a Māori couple had just exited the store and had stolen a few items and this is where the racial profiling comes into play, someone needs to apologise to me for this incident in person, get in contact asap! No stars sorry, had to choose one star to post this review, the worst experience ever!

Over priced, don't even have changing rooms. If I was donating clothes I wouldn't be happy for them to sell them at almost new prices ridiculous

I have bought a lot of good quality clothing from them. I no longer shop there as they no longer have fitting rooms and you aren't able to take clothing back. I'm not a standard size so trying on is essential. Disappointed

Prices are far too high for clothing you are not allowed to try on.They didn’t offer any explanation as to why we are not allowed to try clothes on before we buyIs this a breach of consumers rights !!

Good place to get a few bargains but JUST i would not class this as a thrift shop more of a shop just like every other shop because the pricing is shocking and you can just manage to get a bargain. Pricing is absolutely ridiculous dont come here go to the red cross. Nothing here is cheap at all you got to be rich if you want to grab deals
