only issue is not being able to get hold of them easily, dozens of consecutive calls but no answer, add more numbers to reach you guys easily, I called many times over 4 hours period and nobody picking up! very frustrating...

Called this team and was advised that they had the gearbox we needed, specifically confirmed it's for the car we had. We drove all the way to Auckland from the Coromandel to find out the gearbox was not what he advised it was. The guy we spoke to was told by his colleague they didn't have any either. Not even so much as a sorry. Not impressed!

I have tried to order a part from them for 3 days and all I get is no one is available to take your call. Maybe once or twice this happens but not like this. When you get an operator they put you through and it rings till you get the same message. I have left messages to call me back but this does not happen. Review your communications please.

I should have read the reviews before dealing with these people. It says it all. Relied on their advice that I will be needing a part but end up not compatible. Trying to return the part but declined due their ridiculous return policy. The manager is as disrespectful as walking away to the arguement. Did not even have the balls to give his name.

Rang multiple times. Was hung up on, and put on hold indefinitely. Unhelpful staff in store, would not sell me second hand parts due to no warranty? Would not offer any solution or source any parts. Would not recommend getting parts from here
