Great service and thorough explanations given about the vehicles, especially the EV range. Only issue we found was that we were given 15 double sided printed A4 sheets about 3 cars we enquired about, with useless pages like one thats just the logo on a black background and ironically 4 sheets talking about sustainability. Can't reuse any of the paper so it's all just going to the bin. Would recommend brochures instead.

I didn’t know you could do reviews so this was awhile back so I wanted to express my thoughts nowI never go back to this place and a spent a few thousand dollars there too.Back in 2014 I took my BMW E36 for a full service and a whole new clutch kit replacement as I thought since it being a BMW these guys would look after it. That was probably the biggest mistake I’ve done. Not even within 20,000 km the clutch was gone.I took it back in 2016 and since it was a month just over two years I had to pay for them to install a new clutch so it leaves me thinking they didn’t even replace it the first time. Not only that. When they did a coolant flush for the radiator my car temperature gauge it just slightly over half way. Before they even touched my car when I, if your driving the temperature gauge would always drop down to below quarter of the way. After they touched it they ruined my car. The guy that did my car at service department his name was Andy and no longer worked there when I went back in 2016.Also when I took my car back they charged me an inspection fee just to tell me my pressure plate was gone. So you opened up the clutch looked at it then put it back to tell me that? Full of it. To this day I still own the car and haven’t done my clutch again yet. She sits in my garage.My registration is on hold.Don’t believe my story BMW? Look my car up in your system.Registration number SA9296

Bought BMWX7 last year,cost 16.3W. Now the front windshield is broken, the inside of the two rear tires are broken (the on-board computer shows nothing abnormal) and the tires exploded at high speed. Contacting 4S BMW, service BMW, complaint BMW.blaming each other for no service and no repair. They just told us we had to take out insurance and get it covered. This is the BMW we know. This car is on sale at 14.3W. Please leave a message,if anyone want buy it

I am very upset by BWM Newmarket service department. my BMW is 2016 X4, when I took it to the service department on February 2020 while it was still under warranty, they charged me total $4164.84 for full service and WOF, WOF was failure and requested me to change 4 tyres to the brand new, I was advised that the new tyres will be last between 25000k to 50000k, I believed them, back to them for the full service in Feb 2022, was told need to change brakes, and charged me $3188.59, I believed them again. then today (9 Jan 2023), I went back for the WOF, it was failed again and requested me to change my two front tyres again which just after 2 yr and 11 months, charged me $2042. So during 3 yrs, BMW Newmarked charged me $9395.55, I am a very careful lady driver and take care of my car, how come that i need to change my tyres within 23000km? I felt that I was totally getting ripped off. I should never go back to them, just because I really care about my car, thought get BMW to check was the best way. spend nearly $10k in 3 yrs, does that mean the BMW is a poor-quality car or just simply rip off the customer? my car plate number is FORYU so all the records are in the system to prove what I said here. My advice is never to go this dealer and myself will certainly not go there ever again.

Review relates to my most recent visit. Prior experiences have been more positive.Recently installed a $250 re-usable performance air filter in my car. Upon recent service, this was disposed of without consultation, and I was charged to have a standard disposable filter installed again. Upon following up with my Service Manager I was told there was nothing he could do for me and this matter is resolved.A courtesy call to ask if this should be replaced would have avoided this review completely.Edit: Thank you for the quick reply on this. Happy for a call to discuss. I tried emailing the service manager following your reply but haven't heard back - if you could follow up that would be much appreciated.Thank you.
