Staff great. We have for a long time taken our dogs to Tolly farm . We use the day care on a regular basis for our little dog . She really is excited when getting nearer in the morning and very tired on pick up .She loves the staff and the dog company.

My dog luuuuurrrrvvves this place. Last time I added in a dog wash & the results were amazing. Grooming services are soon to be added. Worth the extra drive from Palmy.

Absolutely awful first time booking experience. No clear communication or expectations set. Turned away rudely on arrival despite being assured over the phone we were still welcome. No refund or rebook offered either, manager didn't even have the decency to call and instead made her staff member apologise for misinformation. Horrible service displayed by staff member who greeted" us
