Had an issue with an EGO pole trimmer, sent it in to the agent Roscoes, EGO blundered along not respoding and then finally sending the wrong parts and 5 months later finally replaced the complete unit. Felt sorry for Katie at Roscoes who did everything in their power to get this attended to promptly,

I had a grinder that had a bolt that was incorrectly put on. I went to a few places for assistance and was told to head to Roscoe and Repairs as they had specialty equipment. These guys were amazing, friendly and efficient. I knew it would be a difficult and tedious job. 15 minutes later they had got the nut off without having to cut it and gave me advice on care of the tool. DID’NT EVEN CHARGE ME!! These guys are awesome and would definitely recommend them.Thanks again for you professionalism.

The best place in town for tool repairs big generators and motors I have never seen. There are time frames that are followed along with a job tracking system. If you call they can tell you at what stage your repair is at. Nice people
