Had used the mobile service to have my car alarm installed which meant I could have them come to the house and install the alarm.Were very quick to respond (everyone's busy so not always easy) with a comprehensive list of pricing for each car alarm.Person who came was wonderful to chat with and the car alarm was installed within an hour of arrival, had not extras to be changed within the car so quote was bang on price.Have no issues doing future work with them if needed.

Brian is an absolute champion, helped me out with a major audio problem for me. Quick, friendly. Knows his trade well. Will be returning to get my audio upgraded when the funds allow.Tracy was also super friendly over the phone.Thanks heaps guys.

Absolutely wonderful customer service he's gone above & beyond in my case. My simple install had a issue absolutely Nothing to do with audio active, in fact he completely replaced my nav system for me 2wks ago hoping it would be fine afterwards . In fact the wiring in my car was done in Japan & has caused the problem, he's rewired my car for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend Brian & his lovely wife Tracey with any navigation system & reversing camera needs. A+++

Had an amazing experience at audio active! Quote sent through was super thorough and helpful and they also offered to let me park my car at their place over night to avoid the rush in the morning. They upgraded my car alarm system at no extra cost to me and even got rid of the Japanese lady speaking to me every time I turn on my vehicle (at no extra cost, also!) Amazing customer service, super friendly and Brian is super approachable and took his time to explain everything to me.

Bloody good bloke, does awesome work, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the results. Very trustworthy, never have issues with anything, unlike previous experiences of installs where I had constant hassles. Bryan's work is imaculate, and his installs are even better than Ritchie Blacmores standard, I think he should name the buisnbus Bryan Fuego.

This guy is a real legend. He's friendly, trustworthy and he did a really nice job of installing my new car stereo and did it fast! I dropped off my car and it was done within a couple of hours. He even does mobile installs (he can come to you) I highly recommend this guy.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences dealing with Brian at Audio Active. He is a master at his craft and an easy to deal with guy. Our most recent install was a new head unit into my wife’s car. Another great job. Have recommended this business to friends and family and they’re just as impressed. A++ operator and extremely competitive prices
