Excellent service from James Borthwick. Have been seeing him for many years. Would highly recommend.However could n9t get a straight answer ftom his receptionist. Big let down there.

I’m giving these guys a one star and I haven’t even visited them yet…The reason? Well, I was a patient of Ian Dallison (who was amazing by the way) but sadly he is no longer practicing. So, chasing up my file with his former clinic manager I was advised it had been sent on to this clinic. I have an eye injury which flares up and causes me a lot of grief so I called and left a message for this clinic asking them to contact me so I could make an appointment. Absolutely NO RESPONSE! And that was almost two weeks ago. I won’t bother becoming a patient of this clinic if this is an example of their service :-(

I had an appointment with Dr. Jo Pon...Had to wait well over an hour because she was running late.She seemed detached without any empathy during the consult and basically told me my problem wasn't that bad and to live with it.I don't mind paying for health care but $300 for 20 minutes was a bit excessive, especially after that service, and a wait time of close to an hour and a half...

6 weeks after my exam, numerous phone calls and an email later I still haven't had the clinical notes sent to my optometrist. Absolutely appalling. Staff's lovely, but that doesn't help me as I can't go back to my optometrist until they receive the notes. OPSM takes no responsibility to sort out my prescription which they got wrong as the 30 day warranty is expired.

I would think that if one is paying for a private clinic, that the service should be on time and different to waiting at A&E. We arrived on time and waited for 1 and a half hours for the Doctor. We had a baby with us and a patient who came after us was seen first. The staff were nice but appointment times should be kept. Don't go if you have a schedule to keep.

Dr Simpson is a disgrace. Even after waiting the usual 1.5hrs after appointment time no information given. Eventually went to public and in within 2 weeks as an urgent urgent urgent case as about to go blind. GO PUBLIC!!!

If you want your time respected don't go here. I took my mother in twice and both times they were late by near 45 minutes.
