What else can I say. Clean office, friendly staff, quick work & update. They even offered to drop me home before the work and dropped the car home after the repairs. My car came home nice and clean both inside and outside. Best service

The finished job was great you wouldn't know the car had a dig butthe receptionist needs to lose the attitude, would I use them again, based on that probably not.......shame really.

Job well done but the female on the front desk, very unabliging and quite rude, advise that she should work out the back and replaced with someone with people skills

I was booked in for a 30min insurance assessment. Office staff were friendly (the two stars are for that). Chris spent less than two minutes looking at my car and then told me he was too busy with other work to do my car. Didn't even complete the assessment for my insurance. Waste of my time.

Female reception staff are very rude. Cut me off while speaking and said they only wanted to know the one thing and hung up on me. Very poor communication. Asked for a quote on something, heard nothing, so 2 weeks later called again and sent an email asking again for a quote. A month later finally got a number over the phone after calling a third time, never saw a quote breakdown in writing. Still never had a reply to my email. Then the actual job took 1.5 weeks. Asked three time for a courtesy car and was told each time they would get back to me. Had to ask three times before I got an estimated finish date. Finally, on the day picked up my car, I found out something I thought was gonna be fixed hadn’t as it was declined by insurance, but this was never communicated to me until I actually went to pick up the car. Every time I wanted to know an update, I had to call myself, except when it was the last day of the job. Was told people would call me back with information but they never did. Will not be using this service again.
