Placed online order for big event.Money came out.Came time of delivery & food wasn't there.Rang them. They say they didn't receive order despite having been paid and order confirmation received.Steer clear!

Tried the Eggs'd as prompted in FB. Mine was a congealed mess - stuck to the wrapping paper by cheese fell to bits, bun soaked through and unpleasant taste.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The male preparing our pitas had his mask down exposing his entire face, the lettuce was not fresh, all 3 sauces I asked for were empty so he took the lid off and shook a tiny bit of sauce on. Ask for it for be toasted and when I got home (6 min drive away) it was cold. The wedges (prepared by the female) were cooked on the grill despite there being a deep fryer and most were cold and in the middle and soggy. All in all a waste of $35! Should have walked back out when we found the store void of customers.

The 2 girls working today were absolutely amazing. They both greeted me kindly as soon as I walked in and even though I was about to start to use the kiosk one of them offered to serve me if I wanted even though it seemed she was already in the middle of a task. She did not rush me and was friendly. The girl in the green hoodie, even though she did not directly deal with me, was still kind and seemed so positive. The vibes were so beautiful and the atmosphere just seemed brilliant.The food was also very tasty as per usual pita pit standards :)10/10 would 100% go here again.

Today I placed a online order for a Vegan Falafel Bowl and after driving all the way home, I've come to find out they put chicken in my meal! Absolutely no regard for food allergies at the Tauranga Cameron Road store.

Food is always delicious at Pita Pit, one of my favorite takeaway places! The only thing I'd say is that the smoothie machine is never working, at least not the last two times I have been. That or they just don't feel like making a smoothie, which is a bummer! Service is usually Olay though on the other hand!

Went in store today, as first time customer. When i asked the girl behind the counter how everything worked in order to place an order, turns out shes more interested in texting on her phone. So i just walked out. If i was her boss, id be very upset (i have 5 staff of my own). Your camera footage should be worth watching!As it turned out, Subway next door was yummy!

Had an amazing experience again after revisiting this store after a long time and the service here has as good as ever before. Staff here is so welcoming and assistive with the selection of the meal.
