Kodak Express Botany

As a frequent customer, most times I go, the part-timers are very nice (service is good!), but the store is not good for film developing. Their prices are higher than other places, yet take very long to respond to inquiries. When I accidentally gave in a blank roll, and they refused to respond to me. I could not refund or get my roll back. would not recommend for developing.

10/10 recommend this shop for all your printing needs! The lovely young lady with dark brown hair went above and beyond to help crop my photos and download the ones I wanted to the best quality. Well done lovely lady because of your amazing customer service and fab attitude you’ve secured me as a customer for life. Thank you very much!

Terrible place, new owner and I was told they buy the screens from cheap merchandisers instead of telling me what brand they have or where they brought my screen from. I had my Huawei screen replaced for $145 and when I sat down at work the brand new screen cracked in a corner side and the whole lcd part of the screen is showing lines. This is not a high quality screen. When I took it back, he told me I was fishing when I just had it replaced on the 15/8/22. Terrible service and terrible quality!

Went here to get some old slides digitised. Very polite and knowledgeable team and reasonably quick on the job. Very happy with the result of the digitisation. Many thanks to Kodak Express Botany

Was really great going into a shop where the service was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable on products, they also repaired my phone within 24hrs impressive.

Poor service and repair can't recommend I took phone into get screen fixed. After 3 days I contacted them to be told it's been sitting there for 2 days and nobody communicated this. To make things worse after picking up that night I noticed a very small hair line crack like tiny by the next day it had spread across screen I took it back to be told they wouldn't fix it. They then went on to say they would contact supplier and see if they can discount screen to have it repaired again 2 weeks later still no contact very disappointed I recommend trying somewhere else...my screen keeps freezing and won't swipe I now have to reset phone every now and then by holding power and volume button to run phone of and screen works again do not use this place for screen repairs also I had app on phone that shows that they accessed my photos and videos be aware of this place

Went and printed 16 photos in different sizes, staff was very helpful,highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Constantt time delays. From start to finish it took approx 6 weeks to get my water dsmaged laptop to a stage where they issued an insurance report to say the laptopcould not be repaired

First up, I was the only customer there and the man could have at least acknowledge my presence and say that if I need any help, just let him know (this is the typical response I got from other photo shops).Secondly, when I asked him for help, he continued typing on his laptop and gave me a so what do you want me to do attitude.Thirdly, when I pointed to him that I wanted the mini prints sample they have done for my photos instead of a collage, which I wrongly said at first, he told me sternly that this is not a collage. I mean, sometimes customers do not know the exact terms of the product they are after, and there's no need to be so rude about it.When I went back after 10 mins to collect and pay for my photos, he stood there, staring at me blankly. Maybe he couldn't remember I was the same customer that printed off the photos earlier, but he could have at least asked me what he could help me with today.I specially traveled 30 mins to get my prints done here as I personally like the user-friendly Kodak app but and am disappointed with the unpleasant service. Throughout the experience, I received no smile and nothing close to feeling like a valued customer. Needless to say, I won't be returning again.
