The first issue I had was arriving around 5.30pm, most of the food wasn't even on the conveyer bout, they gradually added stuff which was frozen solid, greens were brown and there wasn't a single fresh or unfrozen item. I cooked a small portion of meat, and some rice cakes and then decided to call it quits - Started to feel gross, and decided it simply wasn't worth it. Took the last 5 minutes in the restraunt snapping some photos, as they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I'll let you judge.

Don't put out much food. Only 1 or 2 pieces left. The soup have no flavor. =((

If I think about the price, the food quality is acceptable. If you have a high standard of hygiene, you may hesitate to go as I found some foods rotate for long time on the rail. However, I enjoyed their food.

35.8 per person for hotpot buffet is not bad! I really like the chicken with herb for my pot and taste really good! Limited options for food options but acceptable. Will definitely visit again

Pretty good value for a buffet with a wide variety of meat, vegetables and condiment selection, as well as a comfortable atmosphere to dine in. Service was courteous in an exciting concept of hotpot go round (probably the first for hotpot in Auckland)! Soft drink are also included in the price of the buffet with is a plus. Cold dishes selection was a little limited, but otherwise an excellent experience all around!

All you can eat hotpot. 5 soup selections, had the chicken & herb soup and was good. Nice selection of protein and vegs, nothing that really stands out. Love the offals though. Well worth it for the price.

It's a pretty good place and value for money. But sometimes the food has a weird taste. I tried a mussel and a crab and it tasted weird and foul and they sometimes put over chewy beef slices which was a big hassle

Fantastic value, all you can eat, great selection at an amazing price. The place is bright and spotlessly clean. This is now my go to place for Hot Pot in Auckland CBD, and I really can see any other place beating it. Massively recommended!!

The soup bases were very average. Some dishes were not fresh. The noodles already got moulds!!! And I picked one square cake which was spoiled and tasted sour!! Not gonna come back...
