MY Car ( 2009 Mercedes - ML320 ) - with Electrical issues. It had some serious DEEP / DARK problematic issues, causing multiple things to not work correctly - or - function at all. I could believe what high price they charged me!I failed the wof fair enough but seriously one powersteering pump $700 bucks!I went to my trusted mechanic he charged me a reasonable fair.I won't go to this place again.You want waisted a quick buck go there.Very disappointed that the service technician filled out the wof sheet wrong.Failed me on a common sense item.Back passenger seat won't open ?Had a child lock on ?Ta

Fast response and very professional and friendly - even adjusted my clock for me at the end of the job! Sometimes small things like that make a real difference.Very fair price too.Highly recommended.

Good team, failed my wof but couldn't ask for better. I've had a lot of industry experience and happily recommend these guys.They did work required to get WOF, got home & 5 minutes later get call, they'd over charged me. How many these days are honest enough to do that? Even stronger recommendation now.Thanks again guys.

Good service, good customer relations, all round really good, can’t complain about the actually quality of the place. Only issue is price. Seems very expensive for what was done and I got a large sheet with a lot of additional work needed to be complete, a lot of money to spend for all that was on the sheet of paper. More value than the car itself. So got a second opinion from a different credited service centre and I’ll just keep what all they said confidential apart from the fact that I was over quoted. It’s business, I get it, but I’m also just a regular person making normal wages, I don’t want to spend 2 years paying off repairs that might have not been necessary and if they were, cost me an arm and a leg. But like I said, they are good quality service provider. So no complaints about quality of work. Also they lent me a courtesy vehicle while they were doing the service, so I could at least still get to work. 4 star for quality.

I recent just moved into area and had some problems with my car. AA insurance towed it to the nearest mechanics but wasn't sure were to take it as their many cowboys out there that have the tools but not the honest dealings.AA referred me to Superior Automotive service... At first, I wasn't sure about this company as no one has referred or spoke about this mechanic and I wasn't sure about the cost because the building look new.OVERALL, I have no understanding of my vehicle maintenance. Stu helped me through the process of how to put through a claim to my insurance. Consistently kept in touch on the same day and brought understanding to what was wrong with my vehicle.If you ever have the chance to look for a mechanic that is upfront with you and honest. Speak to Stu and the team. Don't risk taking your vehicle to a cowboy mechanic. But hey!!! it’s your choice.Thanks Stu and the Superior Automotive service for providing a courtesy car.

Drivers side window wasn't working. They replaced the window motor. Within a month it stopped working again. They tried to charge me to look at it again and then quoted much more to replace the switch. The charges are ridiculous. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
