have been waiting over 3 weeks for assistance and every ph call to call center I get given a different answer and appointments keep been booked for days I do actually work yet they keep rebooking them for that do. honestly they all supportive for you to get work then once you do make you suffer.

Such a worst experience. I went for some issue and they declined to help me out. Unfortunately to say that we have places for resident which is useless. Now I know why people hate work and income.

You have to wait in the long queue just to drop off a form. One old lady with no enthusiasm serving long queue of people... how about another counter or a drop off area. Such a bad experience... And looks like they don't care !!!
