The receptionist is highly unprofessional non-supportive non-engaging extremely opinionated does not conduct herself professionally and is very Judge mental and biased I did not have a good engagement with this business as unfortunately the receptionist was very unorganised with booking the appointments at communicating with clients and then commits personal defamation of character of a client also, I do not recommend the service or company

Great service right from calling about a washing machine. To getting a dishwasher installed, so friendly and helpful

Grumpy thing on the reception phone that could do with a crash course in phone etiquette to customers. Came up twice for repair. Left a mess both times when moving machine around. Could have atleast wiped the machine down after covering it in grease and walking out.

Alan and colleagues very helpful. Got a reconditioned washing machine that is exactly the same as the 16 year old one we've replaced, and that one was a reconditioned model too!

Have had these guys out a couple of times for different things under warranty repair work. Very thorough work ethic and easy to get on with from the lady who answers the phone to the technicians I've dealt with. PLEASE be aware that a lot of the bad reports here are from years back and this business is under a new owner.

I used their washing machine repair services for my Samsung machine. My experience is that they are inflexible and inefficient due to a combination of 3 points which would not be so detrimental if they were stand-alone points.1) Only do repairs between 9am - 4pm2) Cannot narrow down appointment bookings and can only give their clients a 3h window3) Strictly do 30min bookings onlyIt is challenging for anyone who works the regular hours of 9-5pm to accommodate their repair services. I can take some time off work to shoot home and open the door, but I cannot take 3h off - problem 1 and 2.When the repairman came, he claimed he had done thorough diagnostics and could not identify the leak so he left after 30min. However, 2 mins after he left, I saw my washing machine leaking before me. When I called to let the receptionist know that I'd need to book another appointment as my washing machine was leaking usually 35-40mins into the wash cycle, she denied allowing me a longer booking (problem 3) and did not offer an alternative solution. I suggested putting my washing machine on a longer cycle before I left for work in the morning so that it would be leaking when the repairman came, however, that would only work if I had an estimated time of arrival - again she was unable to book me in for a specific time slot and said it would be between 9am-12pm (problem 2).Because of their inflexibility, it took them 5 sessions to solve the leak problem (replacing the washing machine door) and as a result caused me 5 times more inconvenience.Lastly, during one of the last visits, the repairman ran out of time" (again problem 3) to change the washing machine door and left without updating me of the situation. When I called the following morning to ask what the status was

Had an issue with them at first with the installation of the Double Dish drawer, however, after having communicated with the new owner Alan, the matter was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. Overall, I rate this at 4 to take into account the initial issue, then having this resolved promptly and courteously. The technician who attended along with the owner were courteous and great to deal with. Thank you.
