Cylinder Direct

I am impressed with Cylinder Direct's quick response to replace the hot water cylinder in my house. Their company provides fairly priced quotes and great workmanship on their jobs.

I’m very disappointed with its punctuality.We booked for a home service at 4pm. No one showed up. An apologetic email received around 7pm that day to rebook for 7:30 am on another day. We thought we would give them a second chance. On the rebooked day, the staff turned up at 11:30am without contacting us that he was running late. I had to take time off work for their visit. It would be much appreciated if we were phoned/texted regarding their running late.

Cylinder Direct were so fantastic and efficient. We asked for a quote and they got back to us within a few days and then were available to change out our hot water cylinder the following week! Ryan installed it for us and he did such a great job. 10/10 would recommend.

Very efficient, respectful and transparent. I had a great experience with the upgrade to mains pressure hot water. The work was scheduled as soon as I was ready and when they came to set it up, everything was complete within the day. Will use again!

Excellent company to deal with, rang on Monday morning spoke to Siobhan asked for a quote to replace old hot water cylinder with a new one received the quote at a very reasonable price and was all booked in for the next day, all within a few hours.Cyrus turned up the next morning and was done by early afternoon, top bloke very friendly and knowledgeable with outstanding workmanship and attention to detail couldn’t be happier with the experience, service and workmanship I have received.Highly recommend this company and will definitely be recommending Cylinder Direct to friends and family in the future.
