It's fine. Nothing wrong with it, but supply chain issues seem to have hit them hard and you can't be certain they'll have the exact product you want when you walk in. Shopping online isn't any better. The store is clean and well laid out, but the building is starting to show its age. Good parking and easy road access.

Their shop and collect service is fast and easy. The online shopping Team is organize and the staff incharge explained what’s missing or out of stock on my orders. The packing slip will also have a short and sweet message from the team. Kudos to you all.

Good safe parking, close to entry/ exit points, well developed fruit and vege, bright and well sourced product, with fast and smiling staff, willing to help... good shopping and upon leaving to main roads, easy exit!!All one could want - thanks!!

Big branch of Countdown in town here. Easy to get access. Lots of parking space. Various kinds of snacks to grab. Wide shelf of daury products. Hot promotion for many types of products such as chocolate bar, that's why the shelf almost wiped out. Good service and helpful staff.

The first and last time I will use the click and collect service here at this Countdown. Very little care or attention to detail taken with my order. The milk was 2 days out from expiring. The punnet of strawberries was half full and near rotten. Just disappointed.

Difficult to gain entry into supermarket main carpark, with traffic at full stand still in most cases, backed up from the Major Police Bridge" up to Bridge Street
