Semi regular visitor here. Very reasonable treatments and authentic Thai massage (even the bendy bit where sometimes your shoulders pop in a satisfying way) always get the couples treatment room as I go with either my husband or have a pamper session with one of my goddess friends. They’re really lovely here and it’s generally pretty easy to get in with a few days notice.

I had such a lovely experience here, the massage was really good - I had a hot stone massage for the first time which I was so surprised by and loved. Therapist was really professional and kind. The only things I would say to improve the experience would be that I was quite cold, which isn’t ideal while getting a massage, if it’s not possible to increase the room temperature - warm towels and making sure the hands and feet are warm would be nice, simple touches. Also offering a drink would have been a nice touch but overall I enjoyed it and will be back :) thank you!

Had a massage date with the girls, so good!! Pregnancy massage was a little bit too soft but was relaxing nonetheless

Booked a couples massage here. The online booking and up front payment made everything super easy, I received appointment reminders, and it was nice to leave afterwards without having to sort out payment. My massage from Molly left me feeling relaxed, lighter and more mobile - probably the best I've had, definitely the best in NZ. Happy to give a 5* review and recommend this place.

Our first visit to Mai Day Spa did not disappoint! We were greeted warmly and offered sparkling or still water on arrival while we waited. I had purchased a couples massage for my partners birthday and it was amazing! We were asked about amount of pressure they should use, any areas that we wanted them to concentrate on and after our foot scrub, we were away. Complete relaxation followed for the full 60 minutes we were there. Thank you to our massage therapist Chedsuda and her colleague for such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

You can see why the ratings for Mai Day Spa are so high. Reception was warm and friendly upon arrival. The treatment was just what I needed (Spring Special) and hot stones an added bonus. Completely relaxing and soothed my tired muscles. My face was so smooth after the facial and the steaming. Excellent service, will be recommending to all my friends!

Booked the 'spring clean & soothe for 2' for my best friend and I. We always shout each other spa dates for our birthdays and have tried Spring spa, East day spa, forme spa etc MAI SPA by far is a straight, non disputed 10/10. Don't even bother with the others! They were so easy to book with, so lovely when we turned up, price is amazing for how much you are treated. The treatment from leg scrub to massage to facial was supreme. We were left in shock at how amazing it all was and will 100% be returning. It's exactly what we needed and was a real treat for my friends 30th and a day before she moved to melbourne. Thank you guys!
