My friend and I went on day tour from Auckland in 2010. Flavio picked us up at our hostel and took us to a village with an alphabet for a name. He arranged for our meals ahead of time, and I had dietary restrictions that were followed. After that we went to see the glow worm caves. He brought us safely back to Auckland with plenty of bathroom breaks and such. Attention to detail and friendly!
