I have come now 3 times for IPL treatment and find Katie so gentle and very nice to talk to. I recommend this service for anyone suffering with hair growth around the chin area etc/

I have just had the best two hours with Karen and Katie ....these lovely ladies go the Xtra mile for you, they have been looking after me for the past three years, I cannot fault their dedication to their clients, the treatments are great as is the conversation.Thankyou to both Karen and Katie totally recommend their professional attitude.

Had a voucher bought for my birthday, they were extremely rude. Was the worst experience at a spa EVER! Ended up crying as was a traumatic experience. Would never recommend this place.
