Fixed the issue the same day we took it in. Prompt service and able to get a courtesy car to do what we needed to do.

Had a problem with a leak in van, used guarantee from their previous work to have a look what it was. They were super helpful and carried out the check and gave recommendations. Great professional service (from North shore team but got looked at in Henderson branch)

What a great team of professionals! These guys went out of their way to provide expert customer service and communication was timely and detailed. Particular thanks to Alex and Miles for their wizardry identifying and fixing a tricky problem with my car’s aircon. Brilliant team - highly recommended.

These guys did a great job for me. I had previously taken the car to three other places. As soon as I got talking to CoolCar I could tell that they know everything there is to know about vehicle air conditioning.Also although the job turned out to be way more complicated than expected, they stuck to the price they had quoted me. I paid $115 for their mandatory (you must do it if you want to get a quotation from them) diagnostic check after which they quoted over $2000 to have the compressor and relevant parts replaced. When I asked them if there were cheaper options, they said they would never compromise safety over cost and explained to me in detail the cost" of not getting it replaced and how it could lead to a much more complicated job that will cost well in excess of $4000 and compromise safety.Personally

After my car had been serviced, it broke down twice. The first time was because they had not secured the accelerator cable. If I was on the motorway and had suddenly lost power, I would have been at high risk of an accident. The second time because my aircon was not working and my entire windscreen fogged up and I couldn’t see anything-thing and then my car overheated. Luckily, again, I wasn’t on the motorway because I was driving blind. I did phone management to let them know. I was told my car had issues when it was brought in. This may be true, but both brake downs were as a direct result, and caused by, work that Coolcars had done on my car. They are sending me a gift basket for my inconvenience. They put me in 2 highly dangerous situations. I went to them and not my trusted mechanic because they are supposed to be specialists in car air conditioning systems. I think not.

Great service , fast & professionalAt first I thought expensive but other quotes were a lot more expensive. Would def use again
