These guys are worthless and utterly unprofessional. We fixed a time for them to come for quote and work. The guy, Tuan Nguyen, on arrival like a lord (without a mask during the critical pandemic time in South Auckland) surveys around and failed to understand the work with a very poor knowledge of English. Then he orders me to write an email with the list of job for him to quote with a warning that they will not do anything that is not listed … Oh man.... what an attitude!
