Bought my red 2010 Honda CR-Z here. The first couple of weeks I had a few troubles with the hybrid electric engine not working as expected but Cirilo was more than happy to take the car in and do what he could to fix it. TWICE. A year on and its still wonderful to drive! Highly recommend!

This guy's is friendly and helpful until you buy the car.Then everything changed to a really bad experience .We bought a car with low mileage, but the first week, we got mechanical issues. They advised us to bring the car for repairs, but nearly a month, they still had the car. I went back to recover it some doggy address in Manukau,was shocking the BMW dirty, messy in and out, and nothing was done for repairs they use it daily for themselves, I guess.The car is fixed, has decent mechanical service, costs me heaps of money and stress, and the scanner pickup that there is played with the mileage and reason that the parts failed of higher mileage then the reading.I am very disappointed in them and never tried to solve the problem. We have trusted them because we are honest. Please be careful what you buy. Make sure who imported the car and the dealers I have failed with the wrong decision , but this is my first time.But who knows, maybe you gotta more luck to buy right.

Bought a Mazda Axela from here. Great customer service by the manager Mr Ankit. Always responded quickly to queries before and after the purchase. Also helped me to get finance easily. I strongly recommend this place for used car purchases in Auckland.

It's a car yard N car dealers are the biggest con artist there is. Pull up on ur cell any car your interested in and the check problems that year N make may have.. You can barter price down.. especially with all ur new found knowledge.. Go 4 it.. Ladies I was amazed..

Worst ever experience there ever. Rude and unhelpful. Loads of problems with the car and poor documentation. Should of had a warrant and actually never got one never got checked out . Stay away. Had to go to the MTA who were very helpful and we got our full refund.Just got a response from them that I got the wrong place. No I didn't. It wasn't under my name so not in your system. Very poor

Bought a Toyota Mark X from them. The staff was easy to work with didn't try and pressure me and sold me exactly what I wanted. The finance dept got me a better rate than expected. In all I was there for less than 2 hrs and have never had a better car buying experience. Thanks to Yogesh for making it so easy and to the guys in finance who's names I dont remember.Will send friends and family there.

We bought a BMW here for my daughters first car - she worked hard to save up for this & was thrilled when we found the car she wanted here. Sadly, there were a few intermittent issues with the car after purchase which were frustrating but Ankit was very helpful and accomodating in getting these resolved - ultimately, the car was taken to a BMW garage to repair and we have had no further issues with the car.Very pleased the way Ankit helped to get this resolved.Would use Vehicle Direct again.
