I have received poor service from theseLadies time and time again. They don’t communicate and ask what you want and just start threading as soon as you sit down. The lady I seen made my eyebrows uneven and they were in such a bad state I walked out crying. Unprofessional, unhygienic and all round poor service.

very lovely customer service. Got eyelash extensions and it didnt take to long it was fast and done well. deffs reccomend :)

Not very happy. I paid $110 for diva lashes 4 days ago and they definitely weren't as full as example I was shown. Then last night they started to dig in and hurt so had to remove them. I get lashes regularly elsewhere and have never had a problem before.

The place was so filthy and the staff so rude. One staff member rolled her eyes at me for asking a question. By filthy I mean, eye brow hair completely covering the work benches where their tools were resting. Really gross, bad customer service.

Got eyebrows threaded and tinted. Tint left too long and they are so dark it sticks out badly. Eyebrows two different shapes with one now higher than the other.

Seriously what on earth is this??? When I left there must of been tint left on my skin. I washed my face and look, a huge chunk missing from the front, and very un even. This is literally the worst service I have ever had, I would like my $25 back.

I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted and my eyelashes tinted. I can’t see any change on my eyelashes whatsoever they look the exact same, but with my eyebrows I asked for a light tint because I have quite pale skin. They then proceeded to dye my eyebrows a dark brown and it wasn’t flattering at all.

I’ve been here several times, once for lash extensions and a brow shape - once for extensions and an upper lip wax; and again for lashes only.I wasn’t happy with my eyebrows, they were too thin and threading was painful.The upper lip wax was nothing remarkable and it felt rushy and awkward. The end result was good however, therefore I’d have it done again.I have no hesitation getting my lashes done and love my lash extensions.Honestly though, if conversation is something you require then this is not the service for you. ESOL means they speak in their own language amongst themselves, and that is fine by me; as long as they check in with me now and again.It isn’t an actual store, more like a pop-up beauty kiosk, therefore room is limited and it can feel cluttered. If you are looking for a highly professional environment and service, this is not the place for you.I keep returning because they do walk ins, they’re great lash techs, and they demonstrated integrity when I had a technical issue with some of my lashes. They were accommodating and kind and I appreciated that 100%Thank you ladies - look forward to seeing you again in another couple of weeks!

Very very happy with removal of unwanted facial hair today. The young lady expertly and effectively used wax then finished up with a little bit of threading. It was quick and good prices too. This is my second visit and both times have been very good. Highly recommend
